This wine bar that we went to has its own way of dealing with empties. With no deposit to collect (and therefore no boy scout bottle drive in sight), the management allowed a glass sea to be created. It's very interesting to look at, and it definitely fits with the atmosphere, but drunk patrons kept kicking the edge of the sea on their way through to the bathroom. Lots of 'cling-cling-clang' going on all night. Just in case someone's counting: the sea got two bottles bigger while we were there.
