I heard a rumor that Takatsu, who has played for the Chicago White Sox and New York Mets these past few years, will be returning to the Tokyo Swallows! I can't confirm that this is true, but the official news should break soon.
Hopefully my sources have come through again just like when Ishii decided to return earlier this year.
